As an Experience Guide, you are the face of The NOW. You create the first smile, the warm welcome, and the lasting impression that keeps guests coming back.
You'll help guests discover the benefits of regular massage, guide them toward wellness memberships that fit their lifestyle, and create an experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and elevated from beginning to end.

What You'll Do:
Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Build relationships with members and guests of our Rancho Santa Margarita community
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences that inspire loyalty
Inspire Wellness & Drive Results
- Educate guests on our massage services, enhancements, memberships, and retail offerings
- Confidently recommend products and services that support each guest's wellness journey
- Help guests experience the value of consistent self-care through membership enrollment
- Contribute to boutique sales goals while maintaining a guest-first approach
Support Boutique Operations
- Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the beautiful, calming environment that The NOW is known for
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and elevate the guest experience
Be a Valued Team Member
- Support Massage Therapists and fellow Experience Guides throughout the day
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and uplifting work environment
- Contribute to a culture where kindness, accountability, and teamwork thrive
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine love for helping people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales confidence and the ability to make authentic recommendations
- Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
