Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across hotel guest rooms and common areas
• Inspect cleaned rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and quality standards
• Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and performance
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities and submit restocking requests as needed
• Communicate with front desk and hotel management regarding room status, special requests, and guest concerns
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance protocols across all housekeeping activities
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to room cleanliness in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse housekeeping team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering five-star cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and hotel management
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods
