Easy Bistro & Bar in Chattanooga's West Village is a Michelin recommended restaurant in the American South inaugural guide. We are currently looking for an experienced line cook that enjoys working with the best ingredients. We are a full service restaurant that is open 7 days a week. We need someone who is willing to work dinner shifts and looking to grow in their cooking and leadership skills. Tip share is included for all of our line cooks. Looking for someone who can shuck raw oysters all the way to cook a braised short rib to perfection. Resum s are encouraged or you can stop by in the afternoons and ask for Chef Ben. You will be required to stage for a line cook position. Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience. Family meal is included everyday along with tip share and discounts at our sister restaurants, Main Street Meats & Little Coyote.
