As an Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the overall experience for our clients, from the initial planning stages to the completion of their trip. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs

- Design customized itineraries and experiences for clients based on their interests and budget

- Monitor and manage client feedback to continuously improve the overall experience

- Stay up to date on industry trends and destination information to provide the best recommendations to clients

- Promote and market to potential clients

- Handle any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-motivation and organization

- Authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia
