Experience Property Maintenance Technician / Carpenter

We are looking for a Maintenance Person to perform general maintenance and repair work around properties that we maintain. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of power tools. Must be able to communicate well with others and work independently. This position is responsible for all maintenance work around the properties including the general upkeep of the building and grounds in order to keep  to keep the properties properly maintained.

Responsibilities:
Use hand and power tools to complete projects.
Repair building interiors and exteriors.
Painting, install flooring.
Install/repair plumbing systems, lighting fixtures, drywall, etc…
