Experience Sales Representative

Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experience Sales Representative to join our team in Tinley Park, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience to our customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs. Previous auto sales experience is a plus, as it will enable you to effectively guide customers through the purchasing process with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and their features.
• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product lines, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and dealership staff to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto sales is highly desirable, though not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers.
• Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and a passion for customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
