Shift/Schedule: Full-Time | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4 Days per Week

Waverly Family Medicine is looking for an Experience Specialist to help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the first point of contact for many patients and visitors, youll play an important role in ensuring each interaction is friendly, efficient, and supportive.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Youll work closely with patients, providers, and team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors while providing outstanding customer service
  • Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and registration processes
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Help patients complete forms and navigate insurance and payment processes
  • Provide information about services, appointments, and clinic procedures
  • Keep patients and families informed about wait times and scheduling updates
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within electronic records systems
  • Address routine questions and concerns while escalating complex issues when needed
  • Protect patient privacy and support compliance with confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
