Position Overview
We are expanding our virtual team and seeking organized, people-focused individuals who enjoy assisting customers and bringing multiple details together into a well-managed experience.
As an Experience Support Consultant, you will provide ongoing assistance to travelers as they prepare for upcoming vacations. You will learn what each client is looking for, research appropriate travel possibilities, help coordinate requested services, and keep clients informed as their arrangements take shape.
Candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Previous travel experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, destination education, and continued support are provided as you learn the role.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Connect with travelers to discuss upcoming vacation plans and determine what assistance they need
Gather information about preferred travel dates, destinations, trip length, interests, accommodations, activities, and spending range
Explore available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, attractions, excursions, and vacation packages
Research and compare options according to client priorities and requested features
Help travelers evaluate different possibilities by providing clear and relevant information
Support the coordination of selected lodging, transportation, activities, and additional travel services
Navigate approved supplier resources and reservation platforms when arranging requested services
Keep reservation information, client selections, and important trip details organized
Create easy-to-follow summaries of confirmed travel arrangements
Provide confirmations, itinerary information, schedules, and applicable pre-departure materials
Track outstanding planning items, important dates, and information needed to complete arrangements
Check in with clients throughout the planning process and provide updates as needed
Respond to questions involving current reservations and upcoming travel
Assist with routine changes, cancellations, schedule adjustments, and special requests
Review reservation records to verify traveler information, dates, and selected services
Maintain accurate notes regarding client preferences, conversations, requests, and booking activity
Build your knowledge of destinations and travel products through supplier education and continued training
