Job Overview:
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions using both AWS and Microsoft Azure at an advanced level. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to architect secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments, migrate existing workloads to the cloud, and establish best practices for cloud governance, automation, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on cloud expert with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced cloud architectures on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessment, planning, and execution of application and data migrations.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes in cloud environments.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, availability, and cost, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and application issues across AWS and Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to define and implement cloud best practices and standards.
• Document cloud architectures, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to team members on AWS and Azure capabilities and best practices.

• Extensive, hands-on experience designing and managing solutions on both AWS and Microsoft Azure at an advanced level.
• Strong understanding of core cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and serverless technologies.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM, key management, encryption, and network security controls.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or similar).
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tooling.
• Proven experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in cloud environments (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly preferred.

Pay Range: $70 - $75
