Job Title: MIG Welder
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components with precision and skill.
  • Inspecting incoming equipment for damage and evaluating rehabilitation needs to determine appropriate welding techniques.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to accurately fabricate and repair parts.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and quality specifications.
  • Working closely with team members to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of MIG welding experience, particularly on carbon steel and stainless steel.
  • Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques including general welding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Welding certification or license is a plus but not required.
