A distinguished firm in Augusta is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to serve as a point of contact for clients, in house professionals and professional visitors. This job requires a poised, detail orientated professional who understands the flow of business, confidentiality and elevated standards of a high - end accounting firm.
This person will serve as the heartbeat of the business and thrives in a direct client work enviroment. This person must keep the systems running and bring a calm authority to a fast paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include proficiency in Microsoft suite with excellent skills in Word and Excel.
- Managing an extensive filing system in a timely manner.
- Professional attitude, answer phones, set appointments, update in house systems.
- Professional appearance and business attire is required.
- Full time 8:30 to 430 pm Monday -Friday.
- Must have previous experience in a professional enviroment.
- Multi-person staff with time sensitive work load.
