Complex Situations M&A Advisory Overview: Evercore's Complex Situations M&A Advisory team advises clients on their largest, most significant, and most complicated strategic decisions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance. The team's mission is to provide clients customized, holistic solutions to unique or challenging situations. The team accomplishes this goal by leveraging versatile interdisciplinary expertise to simplify complex issues and produce integrated perspectives. The team is a proven leader, is tight-nit, and growing. The team is entrepreneurial and has a positive, collaborative culture grounded in creativity and initiative. The team offers a strong analyst program with significant senior banker exposure, robust technical training and diversified industry exposure.

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
