Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for toddlers.
- Engage children in interactive activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily activities.
- Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall curriculum and classroom experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Background check clearance in accordance with state regulations.
