What You'll Do
Work collaboratively with a team to assemble floor scrubbing machines from start to finish
Operate a variety of hand and power tools throughout the assembly process
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to meet strict quality and safety standards
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience
Preferred: Technical degree in a related field or 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly concepts, practices, and procedures
Proven track record of continuous improvement in previous roles
Manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.80 per hour
