Experienced Assembly Technicians
Advance Services Inc. is looking for experienced Assembly Technicians where engineering, fabrication and integration brings Slot Machines to life!
Do you enjoy working with your hands and bringing machines to life? Were hiring candidates to build and assemble casino slot machines, and were looking for people who take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanshipwhether your experience is direct or transferable.
In this role, youll assemble slot machine components and complex systems using blueprints and specifications, use hand and power tools for precise fitment, and perform inspections and electronic testing to ensure everything runs properly. Youll also troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with mechanical assembly, electronics, gaming machines, or similar equipment is highly valued. If youve worked with slot machines, arcade equipment, or other technical builds, then youve landed yourself in the right place!

Required Skills & Qualifications- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand technical documents and operate various machinery and tools.
- Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision on small or complex components.
- Physical Stamina: The role can be physically demanding, often requiring long periods of standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and performing repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: A critical eye for detail is necessary to ensure all parts fit correctly and the final product is free of defects.
- Communication & Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED
Work Schedule:
Day Shift - $16.00
- 5:00am to 3:30pm
- 6:00am to 4:30pm
Swing Shift - $17.00
Weekends as needed
4/10 Schedule
Friday and Saturday OT As Needed
