Known for its strong reputation, supportive culture, and commitment to employee development, the firm offers a stable pipeline, diverse project experience, and a people-first environment where team members feel heard, valued, and supported.Job DescriptionSupport daily field operations on commercial, institutional, healthcare, biotech, and manufacturing construction projects. Assist with coordinating subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and workflow. Help maintain safety standards and enforce company and OSHA requirements. Monitor progress on active job sites, especially within occupied environments. Communicate with project teams, clients, and field staff to keep work moving efficiently. Assist with documentation, daily reports, inspections, and punch list activities. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality expectations. Support the Superintendent in resolving field issues and maintaining project momentum. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:2-7+ years of field experience with a Commercial GC.Procore experience.Experience working in occupied environments, with strong awareness of safety, communication, and sensitivity to active operations.Ability to support day-to-day site coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety protocols.Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with clients, tenants, and project teams.Detail-oriented approach to documentation, daily reporting, inspections, and punch lists.Team-first attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow direction effectively.Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on fast-moving projects.Commitment to quality, safety, and representing the company well in the field.Interest in long-term growth within a supportive, relationship-driven organization.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between $85,000 and $115,000 USD.100% employer-paid healthcare coverage.401k plan with company match.Paid time off (PTO) to support work-life balance.Performance-based bonus opportunities.
