Assist with coordinating subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and workflow. Help maintain safety standards and enforce company and OSHA requirements. Monitor progress on active job sites, especially within occupied environments. Communicate with project teams, clients, and field staff to keep work moving efficiently. Assist with documentation, daily reports, inspections, and punch list activities. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality expectations. Support the Superintendent in resolving field issues and maintaining project momentum.
