    Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Law Partner to join their team in Annapolis, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a sophisticated employment practice while collaborating with attorneys across various practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject-matter expertise, strong client-management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.Provide expert legal counsel on complex employment law issues.Prepare, review, and present legal documents.Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas.Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.Review and negotiate employment contracts and related documents.Maintain organized and up-to-date case files.Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Represent clients at trials, hearings, and depositions.Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.Complete special projects and other related duties as assigned.Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership and in good standing with the MD State Bar.Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on litigation.In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Working knowledge of EEOC and NLRB rules and regulations.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Ability to work and lead a team.Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications Active membership and in good standing with the MD State Bar.Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Client management and leadership skills.Benefits Opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm's employment practice.Mentorship and guidance opportunities for associate attorneys and paralegals.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Potential for growth and advancement within the firm.#J-18808-Ljbffr
