C. Harper Chevrolet / Cadillac is looking for an Experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team in Belle Vernon.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in making vehicles look their absolute best.

If you have professional automotive detailing experience, understand the difference between simply washing a vehicle and properly preparing one for customer delivery or showroom presentation, we want to talk with you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Professionally detail new and pre-owned vehicles

• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery

• Prepare vehicles for showroom and lot presentation

• Wash vehicle exteriors

• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors

• Vacuum carpets, seats and cargo areas

• Clean dashboards, consoles, door panels and interior surfaces

• Clean windows and mirrors

• Clean wheels and tires

• Polish vehicle finishes

• Apply wax and protective products

• Buff vehicles when necessary

• Apply interior and exterior protective finishes

• Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups when appropriate

• Inspect completed vehicles for quality

• Ensure vehicles meet C. Harper presentation standards

• Assist Sales and Service with vehicle preparation

• Help manage vehicle flow to meet department deadlines

• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies

• Keep the detailing area clean and organized

• Follow dealership safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous professional automotive detailing experience required

• Strong attention to detail

• Pride in producing high-quality work

• Experience with interior and exterior vehicle detailing

• Experience polishing and waxing vehicles

• Buffing experience preferred

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, bend and work on your feet for extended periods

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Chevrolet cars and SUVs

• New inventory

• Pre-owned vehicles

• Customer service vehicles

• Trade-ins

• Vehicles being prepared for customer delivery

From a Chevrolet Silverado to a Cadillac Escalade, presentation matters.
