Are you an experienced automotive detailer with a keen eye for perfection? Gallatin Ford and Gallatin CDJR are expanding our operations and building a state-of-the-art detail department. We're seeking skilled professionals to help us set the standard for vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and shampooing.
• Apply protective finishes to exteriors and treat interiors with appropriate products.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department.
• Ensure all detailing work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
