24 INFINITI of Plymouth is seeking an experienced, ethical, and motivated F&I Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity with a respected automotive group that offers excellent compensation, outstanding benefits, career growth, and long-term stability.

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I Management experience preferred

• Proven track record of strong PVR (Per Copy Average)

• High product penetration and menu-selling success

• Strong lender relationships

• Excellent knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance

• Ability to structure and fund deals efficiently

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities

• AFIP Certification is a plus

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Structure and submit finance deals in accordance with lender guidelines

• Maximize finance and aftermarket product opportunities while maintaining complete compliance

• Present finance and protection products professionally and ethically

• Maintain excellent lender relationships

• Review and finalize all contracts for accuracy

• Ensure funding packages are complete and submitted promptly

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations

• Train and support the sales team on finance processes and compliance
