What You’ll Be Doing
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Transmission repair, rebuilds, and replacements
- Diagnosing and repairing drivability concerns
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced technicians
- Helping keep workflow moving efficiently in a small-shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3-10+ years of automotive experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (non-negotiable)
- Deep transmission expertise
- ASE certifications preferred but must be willing to get
- Team-first attitude
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller shop environment
