The Automotive Technician is committed to providing the highest quality of diagnosis, repair and service to satisfy the customer. They should be ambitious, hard-working and work well in a Team environment. You will be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in Metro Detroit.
What you'll do:
- Diagnostics using state-of-the-art technology
- Performs vehicle repairs (Engine Repair, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning and Engine Performance)
- Communicate diagnosis and needed repairs as required to assist the Manager/Sales Staff and/or clarify for Customers
- Maintains an organized and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Your compensation is a guarantee per week or flat rate times the number of booked hours (whichever is higher). The minimum annual wage should be at least $75,000 and the right candidate should easily exceed $125,000+ per year.
