Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the parts department.
• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts based on customer needs, vehicle information, or part numbers.
• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product selection.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and display areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and shop customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson.
• Deep knowledge of automotive parts, including OEM and aftermarket options.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and electronic parts catalogs (EPCs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Valid driver's license.
