EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Associate

O'Meara Motors is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online inquiries, communicating with potential customers via email, phone, and chat, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.  If you're bilingual (Spanish), that's a big plus. Automotive sales experience is mandatory.

$120,000-$200,000/Year

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Internet specific sales performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries from potential customers.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in scheduling test drives and appointments.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools and software to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales a must
• Proven track record handling internet traffic
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
