The OpportunityAs an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll drive new-vehicle volume, gross, and customer satisfaction by guiding buyers from first contact through delivery. You’ll manage the full retail process with accuracy, urgency, and integrity.Key responsibilities include:- Engage showroom and lot traffic, qualify needs, and present vehicles and options- Coordinate test drives and ensure proper identification per process- Write complete sales orders and submit compliant paperwork; turn all deals to F&I with required docs- Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to build repeat and referral business- Stay current on products, features, equity/values, and applicable federal, state, and local lawsRequired qualifications:- 3+ years of automotive sales experience preferred- State sales license and valid driver license- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skillsIf you’re ready to produce at a high level and elevate the customer experience, apply today.On the FloorYou’ll start by checking your pipeline, prioritizing follow-ups, and setting personal targets for the day.
