Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and build strong relationships
• Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly
• Present estimates and explain recommended services
• Follow up with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure excellent workflow and communication
• Deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required
• Strong sales and customer communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Leadership mindset with interest in long-term career growth

Compensation:

$7,000–$10,000+ per month potential based on performance.
Base pay + uncapped commission structure.
