Experienced Toyota Service Advisor

Toyota of Olympia is looking for an experienced, professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming, high-trust service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Provide accurate maintenance and repair recommendations with integrity and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with technicians, parts, and customers throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed on timelines, approvals, and vehicle status updates
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at vehicle delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-through
- Maintain strong CSI performance and customer retention
- Help manage workflow efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while working toward positive resolution

Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Proven track record of strong customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
