About the Role:
DJ's Auto Repair Service is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Linn, MO! This is a great opportunity for a skilled tech to put their expertise to work in a busy, fast-paced shop environment — with flat rate pay available for the right candidate.



Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Conduct brake, suspension, and steering system repairs
• Perform engine and drivetrain diagnostics using modern scan tools
• Complete electrical system troubleshooting and repairs
• Document repair orders accurately and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, including OBD-II systems
• Experience with both domestic and foreign vehicle repairs
• ASE certification(s) preferred but not required
• Must supply own set of professional hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
