Technician Bonus Program

Experienced technicians may be eligible for up to $5,000 in sign-on bonuses, paid as follows:

• $1,250 after 6 months of employment
• $1,250 after 12 months of employment
• $1,250 after 18 months of employment
• $1,250 after 24 months of employment

Experienced technicians only. Entry-level technicians are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer vehicles
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and special service tools effectively
• Communicate repair recommendations and findings clearly to Service Advisors
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive training preferred
• Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions License required
• ASE Certifications and/or equivalent automotive repair experience required
• Previous dealership experience preferred, but all manufacturer experience will be considered
• Ability to understand manufacturer repair procedures and specifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
