As an Automotive Technician at Renaissance Motors, you'll play a vital role in our commitment to delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your expertise and passion for automotive maintenance and repair will help us uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of automotive engines and systems with precision and care.
2. Perform multi-point/safety inspections on all vehicles.
3. Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas engines. Diesel is a plus!
4. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.
6. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
7. Keep meticulous records of work performed and parts used on company-provided laptop.
8. Maintain an organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
2. Genuine passion for working on automotive vehicles.
3. Proficiency with automotive repair tools and equipment, including computer diagnostic software.
4. In-depth knowledge of automotive engine systems and components.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering top-quality work.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. ASE certification or relevant technical training is a definite plus.
8. Capability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
9. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
10. Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.

5. Efficient navigation of computer and diagnostic software.
