Compensation

$30 $50 Flat Rate Hour
Based on experience, certifications, productivity, and qualifications.

• High-volume service department with abundant work
• Excellent earning potential
• Annual production bonus program based on total flat-rate hours produced

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience
• Infiniti or Nissan experience preferred, but technicians from all franchise brands are encouraged to apply
• OEM certifications are a major plus
• ASE certifications are highly valued and can significantly increase compensation
• Qualified technicians from other manufacturers may be eligible to transfer certifications toward Infiniti certification
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Excellent work ethic and attention to quality
• Valid driver's license
