Position Summary

The Automotive Title Clerk is responsible for accurately processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation while ensuring full compliance with Arizona MVD regulations. This role also supports dealership accounting processes through daily schedule reconciliation and maintaining accurate title records.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork accurately and promptly
  
• Submit title work in compliance with Arizona MVD requirements
  
• Process title fees and ensure all transactions are completed correctly
  
• Maintain, reconcile, and balance daily title schedules
  
• Verify payoff information and coordinate title releases with financial institutions
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding title and registration status
  
• Maintain organized and accurate title records and documentation
  
• Assist the accounting and office team with administrative duties as needed
  
• Ensure all title transactions are completed within required timelines
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Title Clerk experience required
  
• Strong knowledge of Arizona MVD title and registration procedures
  
• Experience balancing daily schedules and maintaining title reconciliations
  
• Ability to manage and clean title schedules efficiently
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
