We are seeking a motivated and quick learner who can efficiently manage warranty claims and support our service department's success. Ford experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturer
    • Review and verify warranty documentation and repair orders
    • Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
    • Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and claims
    • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
    • Assist in resolving warranty discrepancies and follow up on outstanding claims
    • Support the service department in administrative tasks related to warranty processing

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration, preferably with Ford or similar brands

    • Proficiency with CDK DMS and dealership software
