Are you passionate about food service and looking for an opportunity to showcase your leadership and culinary skills? Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is looking for an energetic and dedicated Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead our kitchen operations and develop future leaders within our team. This role provides a unique stepping stone toward a successful career in business and restaurant management.
Position Overview:
As a BOH Manager, you will take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading and coaching a team of Back of House team members. This is a critical leadership position where you will manage food safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while working closely with the leadership team to deliver a remarkable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a remarkable guest experience by managing kitchen operations with excellence.
  • Oversee and manage Back of House shift operations, including food preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Lead and coach BOH team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Execute systems and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with all food safety standards.
  • Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and running efficiently at all times.
  • Promote continuous learning and development for BOH team members.
  • Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering top-tier guest service.
  • A servant-minded leader with the ability to take initiative and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Evening/closing and weekend availability 
  • A passion for food service and a strong focus on quality.
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
