Position Responsibilities

As a Barista or Cashier, you will:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
  

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  

• Learn and follow Mi Mundo s recipes and operating procedures.
  

• Work efficiently during busy hours while supporting your teammates.
  

• Help maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
  

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
  

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills.
  

• Team-oriented and willing to help others.
  

• Able to multitask and stay organized.
  

• Available to work weekends and holidays when needed.
  

Barista experience is preferred. Entry-level cashiers are welcome, and training will be provided.
