We are seeking experienced, polished, and dependable Bartenders to join our professional hospitality team as we prepare for a busy event season.
Our venue hosts upscale weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, galas, and high-profile social functions. We are looking for bartenders who understand that exceptional bar service is about more than making drinks it is about speed, precision, presentation, guest interaction, organization, and anticipating what an event requires before being asked.

What You'll Do
- Provide polished, professional, and attentive bar service throughout weddings, galas, corporate events, private celebrations, and other catered functions.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, champagne, classic cocktails, specialty cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to event specifications.
- Execute signature cocktails and beverage menus accurately and consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready bar throughout the event.
- Complete bar setup and breakdown, including stocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, tools, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory throughout service and communicate shortages to the banquet captain or manager.
- Maintain proper portion control and responsible alcohol-service practices.
- Interact confidently and professionally with guests while maintaining appropriate boundaries and discretion.
- Answer questions about cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections.
- Work efficiently during high-volume cocktail hours, weddings, and large-scale events.
- Coordinate with servers, barbacks, banquet captains, culinary staff, and management to maintain smooth service.
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and event flow.
- Follow all venue policies, event instructions, beverage specifications, and applicable alcohol-service requirements.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Represent the venue with professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality at all times.
What We're Looking For
Required :
- Minimum 2 years of professional bartending experience.
- Previous experience in banquets, catering, hotels, fine dining, upscale restaurants, private clubs, or high-volume events strongly preferred (200+ guests)
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, champagne, and classic cocktails.
- Ability to execute cocktails quickly and accurately during high-volume service.
- Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of proper bar setup, stocking, sanitation, and breakdown.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during extremely busy events.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.
- Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a larger event team.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull approximately 25 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event dates.
Preferred
- Experience bartending weddings, galas, corporate events, luxury hotels, private clubs, or high-end catering events.
- Experience working a full bar rather than beer/wine-only service.
- Craft cocktail or mixology experience.
- Wine and champagne knowledge.
- Experience executing high-volume signature cocktail menus.
- Experience coordinating with barbacks and banquet captains.
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol-service procedures.
- Ability to confidently explain spirits, wines, cocktails, and menu selections to guests.
Availability Requirements
We are specifically looking for bartenders who want recurring event work during our busy season.
Priority will be given to candidates who are consistently available for:
- Friday evenings
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Weekday events when available
- Holiday events
- Peak-season events
- Multiple events/shifts throughout the month
Events may require 6-10+ hour shifts, depending on the event schedule.
If you're looking for occasional one-time work, you are welcome to apply; however, we are prioritizing bartenders who want to become part of our regular preferred event staff.
