In Balance Bookkeeping Solutions, LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a flexible, independent work environment.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations, payroll support, financial reporting and minimal tax filings.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to move efficiently from task to task while managing multiple clients or priorities.
Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
Able to use Excel and Microsoft products efficiently.
Comfortable managing priorities in dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency under time-sensitive conditions.
