Experienced Breakfast Line Cook – $21–$23/hr

Hungry Fox Restaurant, a busy and well-established breakfast and lunch restaurant in North Hollywood, is hiring an experienced Breakfast Line Cook.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced breakfast kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items quickly and consistently
Cook eggs to order, including over-easy, over-medium, sunny-side-up, scrambled, poached eggs, and omelets
Work efficiently on the grill, griddle, fryer, and saut stations
Prepare pancakes, French toast, breakfast meats, sandwiches, burgers, and other menu items
Set up and stock the station before service
Follow restaurant recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Communicate and work well with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assist with food preparation and closing duties when needed

Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional line-cook experience
Breakfast or high-volume brunch experience strongly preferred
Must be available early mornings, Saturdays, and Sundays
Must be dependable, punctual, sober, and ready to work at the scheduled starting time
Must be able to work quickly and remain calm during busy service
California Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation is strongly preferred
Professional references may be requested

Schedule:

Approximately 30 35 hours per week
Morning and daytime shifts only
Weekday and weekend availability required
No dinner or late-night shifts

Compensation:

$21 $23 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability
Paid sick leave in accordance with California law
Employee meal during scheduled shifts
Consistent hours and opportunity for long-term employment
