Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host at least two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and activities
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ️
- Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology

- Licensed real estate professional
