We are currently looking for reliable, self-motivated, & personable individuals to add to our full time Business Development Center.
The BDC handles all calls routed from our 16 dealerships; assisting customers with setting service appointments, transferring calls between departments, and contacting customers as needed.
Position Requirements:
Superior customer service skills
Valid identification and clean background check
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including occasional Saturdays
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative environment
Proficient computer and language skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone while demonstrating appropriate etiquette
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and assisting the customer accordingly
Schedule service appointments for customers at the corresponding dealership
Reach out to customers when necessary (Appointment Reminder, Special Order Parts, etc.)
Communicate efficiently with coworkers, Team Leads, Trainers, and Management to achieve productivity goals
Demonstrate integrity and respect for the customer as well as company practices, procedures and policies.
Tiered pay rate based upon experience & qualifications
