Home Helpers Home Care of West Marietta is growing and seeking experienced caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs for flexible daytime and weekend opportunities throughout Marietta and the greater West Cobb area.
We are especially looking for caregivers who are comfortable with a mix of
short 2–4 hour visits, medium 4–8 hour shifts, and occasional longer daytime assignments.
Our greatest ongoing needs include
weekday mornings and daytime coverage, weekend availability, and caregivers experienced with hands-on personal care, dementia, mobility assistance, and transfers.

Current Hiring Needs
We are especially interested in caregivers who:
- Have weekday morning or daytime availability
- Can work Saturday and/or Sunday
- Are open to short, medium, and longer shifts
- Have professional caregiving experience
- Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Have experience with dementia or memory support
- Are comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
- Want consistent client assignments with opportunities to build hours over time
Responsibilities May Include
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Dementia and memory-care support
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Companionship and supervision
- Meal preparation and hydration reminders
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation and errands
- Fall-prevention and safety support
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Previous professional caregiving experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Strong communication skills
- Patient, compassionate, and respectful
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Experience with dementia, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or higher-acuity senior care is especially valuable
- CNA, PCA, HHA, home care, senior care, or similar experience preferred
Pay and Benefits
- $17–$19 per hour based on experience, skills, and assignment
