What You’ll Do (Your Role in Our Clients’ Lives)
As a Home Caregiver, you are the heart of our service. Your daily impact includes:
- Personalized Care: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Safety & Mobility: Supporting transfers, walking, and fall prevention to keep clients safe in their own homes.
- Companionship: Building meaningful relationships through conversation, daily activities, and social support.
- Nutrition: Preparing nutritious meals and providing feeding assistance.
- Care Management: Providing non-clinical medication reminders and reporting any changes in physical or emotional condition to our care team.
- Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable, clean, and safe home environment.
What We’re Looking For (Our Ideal Candidate)
- Experience: Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: HHA or CNA certification is a major plus! CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Mindset: You are patient, dependable, respectful, and a natural problem-solver.
