LivSavvy Construction & Landscaping is expanding and looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail‑driven Experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. We are a family‑owned, premium, SouthCoast‑based company known for strict standards, clean job sites, and high‑quality craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
️ Build & install decks (TimberTech composite, PVC wrapping, framing, railings, stairs)
️ Install windows & doors with proper framing, flashing, and trim
️ Install vinyl or cedar siding, exterior trim, and weatherproofing
️ Perform interior & exterior finish carpentry (casing, baseboard, crown, custom trim)
️ Assist with remodels, framing, flooring, and structural adjustments
️ Read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete layouts
️ Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
️ Communicate clearly with the team and clients
What We’re Looking For:
️ 5+ years of hands‑on residential carpentry experience
️ Strong understanding of framing, finish work, and exterior installations
️ Ability to work independently AND with a crew
️ Problem‑solving skills & corrective carpentry experience
️ Proficiency with power tools and job‑site equipment
️ Reliable transportation & basic tool set
️ Professionalism, respect, and strong work ethic
