Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Solo or Team Truck Driver to join our team. Enjoy reliable year-round work with Amazon Relay schedules both dedicated and long haul Relay blocks alongside hauling with our dry van to suits driver variability. In this role, you will transport a variety of goods and materials from one location to another with no touch freight and drop and hook . You will plan the most efficient route, ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate has experience driving trucks and makes safety a number one priority.

Responsibilities 

• Pick up materials and goods in one location and transport to another location. 
• NO Touch freight
• Live dry van loads
• Focusing in Amazon Relay Dedicated Blocks 
• Use the Amazon Relay mobile app
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Plan the safest and most efficient routes of travel
• Adhere to delivery schedules
• Maintain detailed driving log, including work periods, rest periods.
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred
• Amazon Relay app experience is a strong plus but willing to train
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must pass FMCA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query and pre-employment drug screening
• Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology
• comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for ELD logs
• Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations
• Clean MVR with no major violations or suspensions
• Willingness to travel regularly and drive long distances
