We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded CDL driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of agricultural, compact construction and compact tractors. Our drivers operate
local routes and are home every day, with loads scheduled in advance to provide an organized and efficient work environment.

Position Summary
The CDL driver is responsible for safely loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and receiving equipment. Drivers work closely with the dealership team to ensure equipment is delivered and received accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all company customer-service standards and provide a positive experience for customers.
- Pull equipment from inventory and deliver it safely and efficiently.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment of all classes offered through our dealerships.
- Inspect equipment for damage before loading and report any issues appropriately.
- Follow all applicable DOT laws, regulations, and company safety requirements.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall readiness for the next use.
- Assist customers with basic machine functions and operation as needed.
- Complete required paperwork accurately for equipment pickups, deliveries, and receiving.
- Communicate effectively with the dealership team regarding daily loads and deliveries.
- Participate in required training and company programs.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain consistent attendance and dependability.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Valid CDL Class A license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles 26,000 lbs. GVW and above.
- Ability to safely load and unload heavy equipment, including tractors, balers, mini excavators, track loaders, and similar equipment.
- Working knowledge of DOT laws and regulations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English—speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers, customers, and other members of the dealership team.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while following company procedures and instructions.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid CDL Class A license required.
- Acceptable driving record required.
- Agricultural equipment hauling experience: 3 years preferred.
- Heavy equipment experience: 2 years preferred.
- Commercial driving experience: 5 years preferred.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Climb stairs and access equipment and vehicles.
- Reach, bend, lean, and twist while handling equipment and materials.
- Push and pull equipment or materials as needed.
- Safely perform all required job duties in accordance with applicable safety policies.
