Since 1977, we've been serving Maui through excavation, site development, underground utilities, septic systems, roadway improvements, and striping projects. We're a growing company where good people can make a real difference.

When you work here, you're not one of twenty foremen competing for attention. You'll work directly with company leadership, have a voice in how projects are run, and be surrounded by a team that wants to see each other succeed.

What You'll Own

• Lead daily field operations on civil construction projects
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Set grade and verify work quality
• Oversee installation of sewer, water, storm drain, and underground utilities
• Operate heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain safe, productive jobsites
• Communicate with Project Managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers
• Train and develop crew members
• Identify problems early and help implement solutions
• Take ownership of project outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of civil construction experience
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
• Experience reading plans and specifications
• Experience setting grade
• Underground utility installation experience
• Heavy equipment operating experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license

Bonus Points For

• CDL
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Trench safety and shoring experience
• Commercial site development experience
• Roadway construction experience
• Striping experience
