Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is seeking confident CNAs and HHAs who are comfortable providing higher-acuity care in a client's home. These cases require strong caregiving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients with more advanced care needs.

Pay & Schedule Snapshot
- Starting pay $17+/hour with higher rates based on care needs
- Bonus pay opportunities available
- Overtime opportunities available for interested caregivers
- Longer shifts available, including 8 to 12-hour assignments
- Consistent client assignments whenever possible
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
What You'll Do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide full ADL support
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Support feeding and hydration
- Maintain a safe environment and reduce fall risks
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Communicate with families and office staff
- Complete detailed care documentation
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
- Current CPR certification
- Experience providing hands-on personal care
- Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional and dependable work ethic
