This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and contributing to life-changing medical products. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, and/or grinders Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for medical device applications Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Optimize processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe, mill, and/or grinding) Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision components Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMM experience is a plus) Experience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization Why Join Us?
