We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional seeking the right opportunity for huge income opportunity and career growth in the automotive collision repair industry. Ability to manage and maintain a large workload efficiently and effectively to service our insurance partners and Dealership brands.  Ability to maintain constant communication with our guests and DRP partners. Familiarity with top tier Insurance Company Guidelines and DRP protocols. Must be able to maintain a high CSI score, understand what it takes to get there and always keep guest satisfaction above 95% or have the ability to correct and adjust to a level of constant improvement in service offering. Position requires expert level knowledge of vehicles, parts, and collision repair processes. Must be able to write accurate and defensible estimates with quality first mentality and integrity. Must possess a minimum of 5 years Estimator experience in a high production collision repair shop environment. ICAR and or ASE certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write accurate, complete, and defensible collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
  • Review vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair versus replacement procedures while following OEM repair guidelines.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of vehicle construction, parts, repair procedures, and insurance estimating practices.
  • Manage a high-volume workload efficiently while meeting production and cycle time goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with guests throughout the repair process and provide timely status updates.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with insurance companies, DRP partners, and internal team members.
  • Work closely with technicians, production staff, and management to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain CSI scores above company expectations through exceptional guest service and proactive communication.
  • Identify supplements and additional damage promptly while ensuring estimate accuracy.
  • Stay current on OEM procedures, estimating systems, and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of collision estimating experience in a high-production collision repair facility required.
  • Expert knowledge of collision repair processes, vehicle construction, parts identification, and repair planning.
  • Ability to accurately write and negotiate repair estimates while maintaining quality, integrity, and profitability.
  • Experience working with major insurance carriers, DRP programs, and insurance repair guidelines.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with guests and insurance partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
  • Proficient with estimating software and standard computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed.
