Heaths Maintenance LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial building systems and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct painting and preventive maintenance as required
• Monitor building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience in commercial building maintenance or a related trade
• Ability to operate a pressure washer and leaf blower
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces
